Once again in 2019, the official opening of the Popronde Middelburg took place within the beautiful Gothic walls of the Vleeshal. After an openingspeech by singer-songwriter Danny Vera, the evening was ushered in by Dutch band Beryl Anne.

Beryl Anne makes exciting and melodic pop songs. “Beryl”, the crystal well-known for her various colours, characterizes the versatility and depth of the band's music. Beryl Anne already rocked the stages of festivals and venues such as Simplon, Willem Twee, and BIRD and played live at 3FM.
