Nedko Solakov is internationally seen as one of the most important artists in Bulgaria. He represented his country multiple times in international exhibitions and biennales. During 'Manifesta 1' (Rotterdam 1996) his work was exhibited in the Netherlands for the first time. In the Natural History Museum he showed his installation 'This is me, too ...' Photos, texts and videos took the viewer along into Nedko Solakov's wonderful world. One of the texts spoke of his experiences as a snowflake, and photos showed him in a fluffy white suit.
