Mat Collishaw (1966) is a well-known contemporary English artist. His work is regularly shown in overviews of young English art, such as 'Live / Life' (Paris 1996), 'London Live' (Wolfsburg 1997) and 'Sensation' (London 1997). He has also appeared in the Netherlands more frequently in major exhibitions (eg 'Wild Walls', Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam 1996, Manifesta Rotterdam 1996).
