Vleeshal Video is an online film program in which Vleeshal screens videos that connect to the current exhibition. On April 12, 13 and 14, you could watch three videos by artist Lydia Schouten on Vleeshal's website. Schouten is a Dutch performance and video artist who questions traditional gender roles and the sexualization of women in her work. Martha Jager, curator of the exhibition Vleeshal Art Prize: Femke Gerestein, Moving Through Thin Places, selected Schouten’s videos because of a similarity in themes.
